We connect hospitality organizations with pre-screened, well qualified and educated applicants and young professionals worldwide for onsite career training through J-1 Cultural Exchange Program. All of our participants are fluent in English.

Harmony Exchanges is a team of very experienced and well-trained in international exchange programs and with the knowledge we have gain throughout the years of operation we guarantee satisfaction for both the applicants and the employers.

Internship

This program is for students currently enrolled full-time in university/college or the ones who have graduated not more than 12 months prior to the start date of the internship

Traineeship

This program is for young professionals who have at least 5 years of experience in the field of the program OR those that have graduated more than 12 months ago but have at least 12 months current experience prior to the start date of the traineeship. 

Nothing Can Substitute Experience

This program provides benefits not just for the participants, but for the employers as well.

  • You could cut costs and save on taxes (you do not pay Medicare, Social Security or Unemployment Taxes on international students)
  • Each participant has pre-paid health insurance and sufficient funds to cover the cost of living in United States (US Department of State Requirements)
  • Qualified and Professional Inters/Trainee – all participants are currently enrolled at a university or recent graduated from one
  • All participants are committed to intern in United States for up to 12 months
  • Fluent in English and other languages
  • All the applicants are pre-screened, pre-qualified and selected based on your criteria. They sign a contract which ensures full commitment and to meet all the job requirements
  • Your interns/trainees from abroad are highly motivated, eager to learn and contribute, and are often ready to work overtime
  • Many students come to the United States to gain international experience and learn more about US business practices because they are the best, brightest and most adventurous students from their countries
  • All positions are full-time, at least 32 hours a week, average is 40 hours a week
  • Our service is Free for the employer
  • Minimal paperwork to the employer. All paperwork is handed by the applicant and the sponsor
  • No sponsorship is required from the employer for J1 Visa

How does it work?

  3. We arrange the visa, travel, and administrative details.
  4. You welcome your international intern/trainee as they join your team.
  5. We provide support throughout the entire duration of the program.
